Kenneth J. Kahn
KENNETH J. KAHN is an effective criminal defense attorney with over 20 years of trial experience. Mr. Kahn has a keen understanding of how to make the criminal justice system work FOR his clients, after working “on the inside” for 17 years as a Los Angeles County prosecutor. Mr. Kahn successfully completed over 150 criminal court and jury trials, from simple misdemeanors to first degree murder, including manslaughter, rape, sex crimes, child abuse, robbery, assault, battery, domestic violence, residential burglary, commercial or auto burglary, gang, gun and weapons cases, as well as “Three Strike” cases, juvenile felonies, DUIs and misdemeanors such as petty theft. Mr. Kahn also uses his experience in business law to aggressively defend clients charged with “white collar” crimes, such as grand theft, identity theft, embezzlement, computer crimes, and insurance fraud.
Mr. Kahn is a former prosecutor in the District Attorney’s Major Narcotics Division, where he gained valuable experience and understanding of how law enforcement prosecutes possession, sales, or manufacture of narcotics. He can provide a powerful legal defense and level the playing field for his clients charged with trafficking in cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, “Ecstasy,” prescription drugs or other contraband.
