Stephen G. Rodriguez

Stephen Rodriguez

Stephen G. Rodriguez is a career criminal defense attorney. He has never been a police officer, prosecutor or even worked for law enforcement. His focus has always been on assisting and defending people who have been accused of committing crimes. Mr. Rodriguez believes being a criminal defense attorney requires a different mindset. While many defense attorneys boast of their conviction and incarceration rate as prosecutors, Mr. Rodriguez has never convicted or put anyone in jail. Through the years, Mr. Rodriguez has represented individuals in a broad variety of criminal matters, which has provided him with an in-depth understanding of the intricacies of California criminal law. His legal commentary has been carried on a variety of national and local networks, including CNN’s AC 360, Los Angeles’ KABC (Channel 7), Telemundo, and Univision.

Mr. Rodriguez grew up in the Lone Star State of Texas and graduated from the University of Texas in Austin. Hook ‘em horns! After earning his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, Mr. Rodriguez started practicing Criminal law. He is currently active in a number of professional organizations, including:
